It all started when I was aged 15 - my best friend Gareth and I joined up to start entertaining friends and family at house parties and local gatherings. Gareth supplied the equipment and I supplied the music. With a basic hi-fi system and some “big speakers”, I soon realised that I just loved DJ’ing!

When I was 17 my Dad & I moved to Devon, where we started our own mobile disco business. My dad had always taught me about the 70’s, 80’s & 90’s, and I grew to have a huge passion for the 80’s & 90’s - for example Spandau Ballet, The Prodigy & Tina Turner!

When I met my now wife, Maria, back in 2021 she quickly convinced me to move to Poole, and supported in me starting my very own DJ business here. This is when Fancy Dazzlers was born! With the help of Maria, who initially looked after all things admin and social media, and also worked children’s parties with me, things really took off!

As Maria progressed in her own career, we stopped doing children’s parties together and I refocused to simply taking on parties & wedding bookings only, and over the past few years I have been lucky enough to be a part of hundreds of special occasions, and proud to say I have never received anything less than a 5 star review.

Earlier this year in 2025, I decided to rebrand to make my business more personal, so I changed my business name from Fancy Dazzlers to DJ Craigy B - a full circle back to when I was 15.

I pride myself on being a genuine, reliable, professional yet down to earth DJ. I thrive to make your day or night the best it can possibly be, I love being a part of your events and helping you create amazing memories.

When I am not out DJ’ing you will find me at home in Poole, or out having fun with Maria, my golden retriever Dolly and my step-daughter Alice.
